Raymond D. Croghan is Chief Executive Officer of Rent Online. He has served as a member of the board of directors of CrocsTM shoes since 2004. From 1991 to his retirement in 1999, Mr. Croghan ran Croghan & Associates, Inc., a healthcare information technology consulting firm, which merged with Margolis Health Enterprise to form The TriZetto Group. The TriZetto GroupSM completed a successful Initial Public Offering in1999.

Prior to Croghan & Associates, Mr. Croghan was CEO and President of Applied Communications, Inc. (ACI). During his tenure, ACI grew to become the leading supplier of on-line Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) software to the world’s largest financial institutions. Tandem Computers acquired ACI in 1991. Mr. Croghan serves on the boards of directors of several privately-held companies, and is a member of the board of trustees at Doane College in Crete, Nebraska.
