Create or enhance your own rental brand on the Web with a professionally designed website that is integrated with your Rent One Online system. This means no more costly web design services to keep your website up to date and now you can now take online bookings and sell profit generating travel services right on your website.

The service includes showing you up to 3 unique design options for your site's home page and once selected, we create a professional website for you. This includes development of a custom home page and up to 10 static pages with up to 20 related images highlighting your business or unique destination. The "properties portion" of your website is automated by Rent One Online providing you the options for property searching, property pages, online booking and travel services.

We work with your team and your content to create a site the uniquely reflects your business and your rentals. The entire process from start to finish usually takes 4 weeks to complete provided we receive all inputs and approvals within 1 business day of sending the updates to you for review.

Integration of services with a customer's website

If you have recently developed your own website, you can still take advantage of Rent One Online Website services to reduce the cost to maintain your website, take online bookings and sell travel services that make you extra profit.

With Rent One Online Property Search and Property Pages on your site you get full search capabilities, online booking (if desired) and "automatic property listings" - your properties are all published dynamically from your Rent One Online system so your website is always up to date. And we'll tailor the "look and feel" of the Rent One Online components to match your site's branding (colors, fonts, style).

This service offering includes the integration of any or all of Rent One Online's Property Search, Property Pages, and Online Booking modules (credit card booking requires Rent One Online "RPM" merchant account).

Data Management

Data Import Service

Rent One Online will import data from existing system(s) including selected owner, unit, guest and reservation information (for current and future years). This allows rental managers to take reservations in Rent One Online as early as possible.

Data Delivery Service

We know how important your data is to your organization. To help you feel more at ease trusting your valuable data with us, we're introducing our Data Delivery Service. Each month you will receive a CD with a full copy of your data suitable for archiving. Owner statements, vendor statement, accounting reports and more are all included. Store it along with your backups of your internal network so you'll always know your data is safe and secure.

Support

Email support is provided for everyone at no additional charge. Telephone support is included if you are managing more than 50 units. Otherwise you have the choice of an hourly or annual telephone support contract. Support is provided from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time each business day.

Pay-as-you-go, Hourly Support

We can provide you with hourly support if you need it. There's nothing to pay on sign-up and if you need to call us we will bill you for each hour of time used. All support is logged and a minimum of 1 hour is registered on your first request. Thereafter your time accrues and we'll bill you at the end of the month for any hours started. If you've used 15 minutes of support then we'll bill you for 1 hour. If you use a further 15 minutes the next month then there's no further charge. If you had used a further 50 minutes then you'll be billed for another hour.

Annual Support

Our annual support package provides you with up to 10 hours phone support each year. The support is paid up front during sign-up and then on each anniversary until cancelled.
